Ben and Cat Frampton

Founding members of the team; Ben and Cat Frampton were sent to set up a Foundations for Farming base in Mkushi in February 2012 and Foundations Zambia was born. Ben overseas the running of the ministry, does a lot of the training, manages the farm and helps to serve and resource other ministries across Zambia that are using Foundations for Farming as a part of their community outreach. Dan and Mary Vissani

Dan and Mary joined our team in 2016. Originally from the States, Dan and Mary spent two years serving Foundations for Farming in Harare and so came to our team with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Dan overseas the Internship Programme, and the Foundations Groups from local villages, as well as helping to introduce vegetables to our teaching. Mary is our admin queen, plans and runs our trainings and is responsible for hosting and organising any short term teams we have.

Winess Nalungwe

Winess joined our staff team in July 2017 after completing a year of our Internship Programme. We had been on the look out for someone that could help to market and sell some of the produce we grow on the farm. Winess spends a lot of her time doing just that; making popcorn, roasting groundnuts, and making peanut butter. Any spare time she has we put to good use helping to teach the current interns, or translating for our trainings.
